As a non-profit, we discourage drinking in our vehicles for two main reasons:

• Our club partnerships require passengers to be sober upon arrival to avoid denial of entry.
• Our affordable pricing model doesn't cover frequent professional cleaning costs from alcohol-related messes.

If passengers choose to drink during the ride, they must accept full responsibility, and free club entry is no longer guaranteed. A $150 cleaning charge applies if the vehicle is left abnormally dirty or if any passenger vomits.

While we strive to accommodate specific vehicle requests, availability depends on the time of booking. Popular times, such as weekend evenings, may limit availability. We often provide free upgrades when possible but cannot guarantee them for every ride.

Once your reservation is confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable. Canceling within 4 days of the scheduled date incurs a 50% charge of the remaining balance. Canceling within 2 days incurs a 100% charge. Cancellations must be made by calling customer service, not via email or voicemail.

Deposits made at the time of booking are tax-deductible. Your confirmation email serves as your receipt.

We accept reservations in all US cities and states, with the most coverage in New York, New Jersey, Boston, and Los Angeles.
